To celebrate London Design Festival 2013, next Tuesday 17th September, Pitfield London and Deadgood present the Plex Collection with a late night opening. Join in the design celebration (with a drink or three!) at 31-35 Pitfield Street, 6-9pm – on the edge of the Shoreditch Design Triangle.
With special thanks to Formica, the Plex Collection is a series of domestic orientated products, a cabinet and sideboard, which have been made with ‘plex’ metal. In a slick, neutral, autumnal colour scheme, the designs shine amongst other innovative pieces such as Deadgood’s Working Girl set. The never before seen Plex Collection is mixed with innovative previous collections in a retrospective show celebrating Great British contemporary furniture design.
Also to see is Pitfield London’s autumn/winter range of acclaimed modern, reinvented and vintage pieces in a concept store which thrives on the retro and riveting, dramatic and daring. Pitfield London owner, celebrated interior designer Shaun Clarkson, says “Pitfield is not yet two years old but we really feel a part of the established London Design Festival and are proud to be on the eclectic Shoreditch Design Triangle too. Working with Deadgood has been a great collaboration, fusing their out of the ordinary contemporary work with our love of vintage and mixing old and new. The Plex Collection feels fresh and exciting.”
