Standpoint is situated in Coronet Street, just off Hoxton Square. We are an artist-run gallery and studios, running a busy programme of exhibitions, residencies and awards. Studio artists include internationally acclaimed ceramicists, printers and letterpress printers. Standpoint will be running at least one open event, with public access workshops, for Shoreditch Design Triangle, which will bring in additional audiences. The gallery is 80sq metres of ground floor space, with unusual architectural features such as a cage goods lift and a raised display area with parquet floor, which hail from its history as a veneer workshop.

For Shoreditch Design Triangle, Standpoint Gallery will programme a small selection (up to six) artists / designers / makers to make a display of their work for this busy and prestigious design festival.

Each designer / maker will have a dedicated area of the gallery to adapt.

Opening hours will be Tuesday – Sunday 11.00-18.00, with one late opening event on Tuesday 22nd September, till 20.30.

The hire rate ranges from £350 for the smallest space to £475 for the largest space. There is also a window display area, which opens on to the street, at a cost of £395. For an exceptional designer / maker we will consider leasing the whole gallery at a reduced rate.

Standpoint is run and staffed by artists and makers, and we aim to provide a knowledgeable and supportive environment. Standpoint is not a commercial organisation – your hire fee will provide vital funds towards our charitable activities.

We will take no commission on sales made during or as a result of the event.
