A party to celebrate the collaborative exhibition curated by British watch brand Uniform Wares and Marion Friedmann Gallery, a gallery specialising in cutting edge contemporary Mexican and Latin American design.
Uniform Wares and Marion Friedmann Gallery will together showcase a curated series of objects from their individual collections which focuses on the relationship between materials, the processes that we use to shape them and the development of both over time. Presented as part of the Shoreditch Design Triangle, the Materials: Process and Development in Design exhibition will run from 17 – 20 September in Uniform Wares’ Shoreditch atelier.
The objects displayed will feature examples of Uniform Wares’ recent pioneering work with titanium mesh and Marion Friedmann Gallery will present functional designs made from Golden Sheen Obsidian which were created through a collaborative project between artisans in Hidalgo, Mexico and designers from Anáhuac University in Mexico City.
Join us for an evening of drinks provided by El Rayo tequila – a beautiful, contemporary tequila designed to be paired with tonic.
