Design Dialogue has been set up as a channel for design connectors* to get together and share information, ideas and expertise. Its focus is on addressing issues and opportunities for design in the UK, based on an informal network drawn from across the sector. The simple objective is to establish a dialogue for solutions and action.
As an independently organised group, Design Dialogue has the potential to connect people and organisations that want to collaborate. It can be responsive to the sector’s concerns, accessible and inclusive. Importantly, it also aims to be no-nonsense although not humourless.
The network is for anyone interested in the future of design in the UK. We’d welcome contributions to the debate, positive connections, and links to resources to help strengthen design promotion. Please get in touch.
*Design Connectors: organisers, advocates or agents for design; including event professionals, thinkers, curators, PRs, writers, commissioners and decision-makers, and of course, designers!
